For a variety of reasons, many students are unable to engage or attend traditional school. At the W-A-Y Program these students find the fresh start needed and our astounding success has lead to a retention rate of over 93%. We are constantly working towards realizing the potential in every individual and with our personalized approach to learning, our students stay with us and succeed.

Youth get a second chance at the high school diploma they need to compete in our changing world. In the process, parents begin to reconnect with their successful youth. As a result, 92% of parents recommend the W-A-Y Program.
